Former Chief Financial Officer of A-Mac Builders which co-managed a $1.5 billion n renovations of Detroit Public Schools. Established the Mark C. Smith Insurance Agency Inc, which became a National Award-Winning Agency and one of the largest in the State of Michigan. Is in the top 2% of all donors to the MSUBA endowed scholarship fund and added to the list of donors to be permanently honored at Michigan State University’s Benefactors Plaza. Life Member of the Fraternity and NAACP.
